Account Settings

Learn everything about your account

Account settings can be found in the dashboard at the top right corner:

Profile settings

The following actions are available for the account:

1. Change name
2. Set profile picture
3. Change the password (no password for accounts registered with Google accounts).
4. Check the email linked to the account (under account name)
5. Delete account
6. Sign out
7. Log out from all other devices
8. Copy User ID (for Support)
9. Generate Access Token (for Support and for the old version of the Figma plugin)
10. Subscribe/unsubscribe to our email newsletter
11. Enable/disable email notifications for new comments on projects from other members of Business workspace.

Change email

Currently, the email address can only be changed by contacting customer support. To do this, please submit a request via the contact form and provide the following information:

1. Your current email address associated with your account

2. The new email address you wish to use

3. Access Token (https://www.vectary.com/dashboard/?profile=true)

   

4. User ID (https://www.vectary.com/dashboard/?profile=true)

   

Changing the login method (from Google to Email + password)

• Sign out of your account

• Go to Forgot Password

• Enter your email address

• An email will be sent with a link to reset your password

• Click on the link from the email

• A page will open asking you to enter your new password twice

• Use your new password to log in with your email address

Billing info

Subscriptions are tied to workspaces, not accounts. Each workspace has its own subscription, so payment settings can be found in the workspace settings.
