Discover how to efficiently organize projects using workspaces and folders, and manage projects effectively
The dashboard serves as the initial interface presented upon signing up as a new user or logging in. It functions as a central hub for managing all projects and workspaces.
Dashboard
The squares on the left side of the dashboard represent workspaces:
Switching between workspaces
Workspaces are independent entities, each with its own subscription and role settings. When a subscription is purchased, it applies exclusively to that specific workspace. Therefore, to operate multiple workspaces, a separate subscription must be acquired for each individual workspace.

To access the workspace settings, click on the gear icon. This link will also direct to those settings: www.vectary.com/dashboard/?workspace_settings=true
The workspace settings provide the ability to:
Owner or Manager role in a Business workspace can only invite other users who already have a Vectary account. If the person invited to the Business workspace does not have a Vectary account, they will get an email invitation that will lead them to register with Vectary and the workspace will be automatically added to their dashboard.
To invite a new member, access the workspace settings by clicking the + Invite
button located in the upper right corner of the dashboard (or use the following link: www.vectary.com/dashboard/?workspace_settings=true)
Then enter their email address into the designated field, assign their Role (which can be changed at any time), and click the Invite
button. The invited user will receive an email containing an invitation with a button to accept it.

Tip: an invited member does not need to search their email inbox to accept the invitation. Simply refreshing the dashboard tab will automatically accept the invitation.

After accepting the invitation, the invited member will see the workspace added to the left side of the dashboard. This allows for easy switching between the personal workspace and the invited workspace.
